How will you use it?
Book a pod stay
Try the experience before you buy: a night in a pod at a host site on a Kerala route. These listings are samples showing how booking will work.
Rent a pod or camper
Rentals run through approved partners, so PodYatra doesn't need a big fleet. Pick a self-drive camper or a guided trail for visitors to Kerala.

Before you drive
Plan a route
Pick a launch route and tick the ParkMyPod stops you want to sleep at. Stops and prices are samples showing how the host network will work.
Distances are approximate road km from the starting town. Sample stops, not real hosts.
Is your place ready for pods?
Tell us about your property. You'll see how ready it is, which kind of host it suits, and an application to send to the PodYatra team.
Run a PodYatra rental unit
A local partner owns the pod (and vehicle, for self-drive). PodYatra brings the brand, bookings, training and checklists. Move the sliders to see a realistic month.

What PodYatra provides
- Approved pod models only, no unsafe local changes
- Bookings, brand, listing and pricing guidance
- Customer KYC, licence check, deposit and signed rental agreement
- Pre- and post-rental photo inspection checklists
- Training, emergency support number and damage price list
Ways to pay for it
Options for buying a pod, starting a rental unit, hosting a stay or adding upgrades. PodYatra doesn't lend money itself; loans come from banks, NBFCs or government schemes, and lending partners are not yet signed.
Before you apply
Scheme terms change. Check the latest rules with your bank, KFC, the District Industries Centre or the KVIC PMEGP portal before applying.

Project Rv: a camper module for a convertible EV
A removable two-person camper rear module for the Hero Surge S32's three-wheeler mode. The scooter stays the cockpit and can still detach. This needs a partnership with the manufacturer before any build.
Design rules
- The real S32 as the reference vehicle, front scooter and cockpit unchanged
- Camper replaces the rear three-wheeler body; conversion still works
- Respect the ladder frame, separate powertrains and locking interface
- No fourth wheel, no pod on the standalone scooter
- No invented dimensions, payload or mounting points
Concept scope (to be checked for weight and power)
Path to a real product
- Confirm the S32 is on sale and get manufacturer documentation
- Pitch a camper module as an official body variant to Surge / Hero
- Agree the mounting interface, weight and power budget
- Build and test one module with the manufacturer
- Pilot at eco-resorts as an EV PodYatra Stay
